Is the Glow Studio LED Face Mask a medical device?
No. The Glow Studio LED Face Mask is a cosmetic beauty device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition.
How to use
How do I use the Glow Studio LED Face Mask?

Yes. The mask is designed to be used as part of your wider skincare routine. We recommend cleansing before use and applying your usual skincare afterwards.
Orders, shipping and returns
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the UK.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 working days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
How much is delivery?
Delivery costs are shown at checkout. If we offer free delivery, this will be clearly shown on the website.
Can I track my order?
If tracking is available for your order, you will receive tracking details by email once your order has been dispatched.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
If you notice an error in your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@glowstudiolondon.co.uk. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed or dispatched.
What is your returns policy?
You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, then you have a further 14 days to send it back. For hygiene reasons, the item must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging and with any hygiene seal intact, unless faulty.
Can I return the mask if I have opened it?
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used beauty devices unless the item is faulty.
What if my item arrives faulty or damaged?
Please contact us at hello@glowstudiolondon.co.uk as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue. We will review the problem and arrange a suitable solution where appropriate.
